It seems a long time since our last blog update but that's partly because the last few weeks have been so jam-packed with activity. We've been living out of rucksacks while putting our 13 DTS students through their paces - filling them with Bible knowledge as well as challenging them physically and spiritually (including taking them on the near vertical ride to the bottom of the Lunsemfwa gorge riding inside a 'skip').
It has honestly been a joy to be able to get to know our students and invest in them so much already. Spending time with them one-to-one, travelling, cooking, worshipping and reflecting together is just such a privilege and all 13 of them are already growing in their faith and stepping out into new things.
Abigail and Hannah have also been enjoying the new team and have coped well with sleeping in different places every few days. They finish their school term at the end of this week.
We've done lots of team building activities👆🏻
Gemma has introduced the students to Bible Art Journaling and, though tired, we really know we are in the right place and doing what God has called us to. There's no better place to be than that! X
