Trying to think outside the Box…

During the last couple of weeks the number of boxes we planned to ship to Zambia quickly grew from 13 boxes to 31! So imagine our horror when we then discovered we needed to find international commodity codes for every single item we'd packed! Tea spoons, for example, were code 8215.20.00. After literally days of searching up these codes and trying, in vain, to enter them onto an online form that kept freezing and becoming unresponsive, when the van man came to finally collect our stuff I think we were slightly delirious. We're still not sure how we're even meant to find our stuff again once we arrive in Zambia!
